Young People Services

youngpeoplecare2

We support Young People between the age of 16 to 25 as they mutate to independence and adulthood. We provide them with Independent Supported Living Services such as social mobility, local offer guidance and new burdens assessment.

We also help young people ensure their health and wellbeing are well taken care of by helping them to overcome various challenges such as substance misuse and abuse, family breakdown, criminal activities and health issues.

We do this by supporting young people with medical conditions, giving them drug advice and giving them mental health advice.

Support to Young people is provided in Supported Living Placements where the young people are nurtured and given the support they require. Our support providers work with young people, their families and various agencies collaboratively to ensure support is adequate and appropriate.
